After you purchase a license, you will receive an email with a download link to a high quality, no watermark file of the music you licensed, and a formal agreement in which all the details of the license are specified. Here is a summary of what you can do and what you cannot do with the music that you license here. It is very simple and straightforward. Please read carefully.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
You can use the music you license for an unlimited number of projects in which you (the licensee) are personally involved, without any time or geographical limitation. So, you get a lifetime, worldwide, unlimited projects license.
You will NOT have to pay backend royalties to any PRO (Performance Right Organization). The fee you pay to White Cat Music is all you have to pay for using the music you license. You are set once and for all!
The projects in which you can use the music you license are virtually unlimited: youtube videos, radio and tv commercials, internet commercials, infomercials, podcasts, movies or trailers, or any other kind of media production, as long as YOU, the licensee, are personally involved in such projects
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
- sell the music you license from White Cat Music as your own or license it as you own, in any way or form
- mix other audio sources into the music or sing over it and then sell it or license it as your own, in any way or form
- give the music to be used in other projects in which you (the licensee) are not personally involved
- claim ownership or authorship of a track or song licensed from White Cat Music
Please notice, these are copyright violations. By licensing our music, you do not acquire the copyright, which is still (and will always be) propriety of White Cat Music. Instead, you acquire the right to utilize the music for your own projects within the limitations of the licensing agreement.
